Do I need to put my credit card in to process transaction?
The merchant facility requires no credit card to begin making sales! Simply setup your account in the merchant facility (Stripe) to begin receiving payments.
How do I get paid?
Funds are transferred automatically on a rolling basis, every 1-3 days, to your registered bank account through your online merchant facility account.
What are the Credit Card fees?
POSconsole uses Stripe to process credit card payments. Please check Stripe Pricing for more information.
What are the POSconsole transaction fees?
Digital items such as Gift Cards, Bookings/Event Tickets and more are 10% per sale for free accounts. For physical products, the transaction fee is 5%. If you are on a subscription plan, the transaction fees are less!
