I need help with my Gift Card designs?

How are Gift Cards Delivered?

POSconsole automatically sends gift cards via email either to the purchaser or the elected recipient. They are also available for download via PDF or mobile wallet immediately after purchase for Gift Cards purchased for themselves.


When Are Gift Cards Delivered?

Gift Cards are sent via email instantly but can take up to 15 minutes for the purchaser or recipient to receive a gift card.


My customer didn't get their gift card, what can I do?

Gift Cards selected to be sent to the customer themselves are included in the order receipt email - Attached as seperate PDF files. For Gift Cards elected to be sent to a recipient, it may take up to 15 minutes for them to receive it. If they still haven't received it, get them to follow the steps provided on this page.


Can I run sales and promotions on my Gift Cards?

Yes - Simply navigate to the Gift Card product page in the Dashboard. Click 'Products' then 'All Products' on the left-hand menu. Locate the Gift Card product in the list and click it. Scroll down to the 'Specials' area then click the plus button. Enter the new price, the start and end times and save. Finally, click save again to confirm your changes.


What are the Credit Card fees?

POSconsole uses Stripe to process credit card payments. Please check Stripe Pricing for more information.


What are the POSconsole transaction fees?

Digital items such as Gift Cards, Bookings/Event Tickets and more are 10% per sale for free accounts. For physical products, the transaction fee is 5%. If you are on a subscription plan, the transaction fees are less!
