Recipients

If your recipient didn't receive via email the Gift Card/s you purchased for them, please follow the steps below.


1 - Check the Provided Email Address

Check the email address of the recipient you provided us during your purchase. If the email address isn't correct, please reply to the order receipt and explain the email address is incorrect. The email address can be updated to yours or the recipient's correct email address.


2 - Check SPAM and JUNK Folders

Make sure the recipient checks their SPAM or JUNK folders in their email client. Sometimes emails with attachments are identified as SPAM or JUNK and are automatically sent there. 99% of all cases, the email was put here.


3 - Contact Us

Please email us at support@posconsole.com with your order details (order number, purchased item) along with the recipient's correct email address. We will try to re-send the purchase to the recipient again as well as send it to you.
